Change is in the Air

Fall has definitely arrived, at least in my home state of Colorado. It has always been my favorite time of year, not too hot and not too cold. I love the gorgeous fall colors, especially the brilliant reds and golds of the aspen trees in our beautiful Rocky Mountains. In fact, there is nothing more special than loading up the cars with my adult kids and grandkids and heading up Ute Pass towards Pikes Peak to have a family picnic and witness the fall colors firsthand.

As the seasons change, my website is also taking on a new look. It now has a new design, which will be evolving over the next couple of weeks into a more homey feel, rich with the dark colors and  homespun designs that I love so much. My goal is to inspire my quilting friends to add those special touches to their homes through the simple art of quilting.

Welcome to Little House Quilts!
